  • Do you have later expiry products?

    Expiry dates are stated on the site. Often, products that are near the end of its expiry will be on discount, while fresher products will be sold at original price. If you wish to exchange an older product for a newer product, the difference in price must be paid for.

  • Are these products suitable for sensitive skin?

    If you have sensitive or reactive skin it is important to know exactly what is in a product, and that those ingredients are safe to use, uncontaminated by pesticides or solvents. Knowing the cause of your skin problem is also essential in knowing what is suitable for you. Most of our products are suitable for sensitive skin.

  • How do I take a skin patch test?

    To do a skin allergy patch test, apply a small amount of the product onto a small area behind the ear or at the side of the neck. Ensure that your skin is clean and free of any other product before testing. Wait for 24 hours to check if there is any reaction.

  • Can I get a sample?

  • Do you accept international orders?

    Yes, we do! Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout. Do note however that tax and import duties will not be calculated upon checkout and will be borne by the customer.

  • I have a discount code. How do I use it?

    If you have a discount code, you can apply it at checkout page.

  • What mode of payment can I use?

    We accept debit, credit card and Paypal payments - Visa, MasterCard and Amex Upon checkout when your order has been finalised, you will be able to select your payment type. Once the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Can I cancel my order after payment?

    To cancel an order, please message us on Instagram or Facebook, or email us at hello@acuralle.com. Do note that orders may not be cancelled after the parcel has been shipped.
  • How can I track my order?

    For all orders, you will receive a shipping tracking number in email and/or text once the delivery arrangement has been confirmed.
